Casino has declined my payment.I made a withdrawal on the 15/06/2020. The casino requested verification of documents. I have sent them several times. All they have sent me is an email approving my payment, casinosmitneteller.de, but they still refuse to verify. I have a screenshot of the withdrawal email. I have contacted the casino several times. They tell me that they still need more documents, but finally Agent Spin sent me a paper with all the information about my withdrawal, along with a screenshot. They also told me that they needed a phone number to call the bank. I contacted them twice since. They still do not have the data. I can send you any paper with all the requested documents to verify your winnings. Closed my account over two weeks ago. Had £207 in cash in account.
